Add Public Note to the Guild Feed

A while ago I had mentioned the idea of adding the Public Note guild field to the guild feed available from your site.

You said you were planning on it and to check back... so I'm checking back :P

I haven't put it in yet. It will require UI work as well so maybe with the 1.10 patch, this would be a good time to get in.
