I would like to know, when my Char. Sandari, EU-Realm Forscherliga, will be updated. My Lvl. now is 45. The last Update was the 08.03.2005

The best way to ensure that your character information is up to day would be to install and use the CensusPlus mod, and then upload the data it gathers to this site.
Without taking these steps yourself, you are relying on someone else to take a census while you are on, gathering your data, and uploading it.
Once you know for sure you have current data that has been uploaded, and your character still isn't updating, then it's time to troubleshoot =)
