I sent my data but nothing happens

I've uploaded data multiple times now. Twice under this name and a few other times without logging in. Still the info hasn't been updated and it says I've never uploaded anything.
I uploaded info about Earthen Ring(Horde and Alliance). Could anyone help me out?
