2.5 Released, and other new features
2.5 Released, and other new features
I have finally released version 2.5. This update corrects some guild data collection problems introduced with the 1.6 patch. I am also doing some preliminary tracking of AV & WG with this version so I will start displaying this data on the site in a week or so after some data has started coming in. Basically I am going to attempt to display average Battleground usage as reported during Census snapshots. Thanks to TheDemon for ideas on how to collect this data.
I have also started collecting profile data for characters. This is support for the widely available CharacterProfiler addon. The current version supported is 1.212 and can be downloaded here:
<a href='http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?add ... id=1444</a>
When you Submit data, you will be presented with a link to process your CharacterProfiler data. Click the YES link and your data should be processed for all characters. I plan to add options surrounding this feature soon such as enable/disable inventory/bank/etc, as well as only certain character processing.
If a character has a profile listed for it, there will be a link to the Profile from the Character History page for that character. You can see an example here:
<a href='http://www.warcraftrealms.com/charprofi ... =523520</a> (don't laugh at my crappy gear!)
This is very much in testing, so please let me know if you find any bugs or see something amiss. I hope you enjoy this new feature!!

2.5 breaks Bamby's mod BambyHonorInPercent (http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?addid=1715)
Here's a screenshot of the error: http://mywebpages.comcast.net/AlexTheGr ... sBamby.jpg
When I disable 2.5, I no longer get the Bamby error, when I had 2.3 I never got the Bamby error. I haven't tried 2.4 yet, i'll give that a try.

Hmm, don't know how to edit posts in this forum. Anyways, I just tried 2.4 and I am not getting the Bamby error so far.

I had a look at the mod. The author is making some assumptions with their data which causes the error. Yes, Census+ is firing the Event that is causing the error, but any mod or other events could cause the same error. The author really should do some error checking before using his values.Dionyseus wrote:2.5 breaks Bamby's mod BambyHonorInPercent (http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?addid=1715)

yeah im getting also the same error with 2.5.
i also checked out the CharacterProfiler and i was able to upload it to the side succsssfully. the "c-window" stat table looks a little bit off but i think that can be fixed easily.
also was wonderring how you get ur HKs to show on ur sig?

The bug that causes the C Stack Overflow message will not pop up if you do not have your Show Offline Members box un-checked. I will have a fix for this later today.
As for HK's in your sig, be sure to view your Honor tab and when you next upload, it should update them and they will display in your sig the next time is generated (you can force it to generate by going to the sig maker page and clicking submit).

Apparently I'm blind, because I cannot find the download page to get this. Someone want to call me a frickin' n00b and show me where it is?
Thanks!
Re: 2.5 Released, and other new features
this would be really cool for a guild bank character if we could get a csv to use on our own sites.Rollie wrote:I plan to add options surrounding this feature soon such as enable/disable inventory/bank/etc, as well as only certain character processing.
Would also love csv of character profiles in general if possible.
well either would be great. We are looking at making a guild bank and best way to display whats in it would be via our guild web site and so havRollie wrote:I wouldn't mind setting it up to allow you to grab your char data from the site. Not sure a CSV would be the best bet though. XML would be a much better descriptor of inventory data.
ing an import of everything in one go would make life much easier.
whats the chances of this happening? and any possible time frame?
