Now, I replied to them that A) this was not a copyright issue, and B) they should contact Blizzard about the character's name, but I guess they were still gunning for me.
Today I received a certified letter from our friends at Zolkrum Construction! I have scanned the pages here for your perusal:

Again, you can see they are claiming copyright. Methinks they still don't understand what copyright means. Here, I'll give an example.
Granted, I'm no poet, but that is now copyrighted! And if I see it reproduced anywhere, well... well, I'm gonna stomp my feet and pout!Ode To Zolkrum
There once as a company from Albuquerque
Whose website was quite an atrocity
They were very sad
And somewhat mad
When their company name showed up on WarcraftRealmsity
Copyright Cooper Sellers 2007
This poem may not be copied or used in part or in whole without previous written consent of the original author.
Anyway.... yes I may be fueling the fire here a little. And unfortunately for Zolkrum, anytime someone google's Zolkrum, this post will likely show up now too, but honestly guys, was it really worth all that effort?
Oh, and if you hire a web developer that knows anything about SEO, you can probably get your site to show up above WCR when they search for Zolkrum. If you need a good web dev (and trust me, you do), I'm available for contract work! You know the email =)
